Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Barber Team App ("we", "us") for use of the Barber Team App website, mobile apps and web app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

The account owner is responsible for the barbershop account, for the people they invite and for keeping login details safe. You must give accurate information and be at least 18 to create a barbershop account.

Plans and payment

• $29 a month for the first location, plus $10 a month for each extra location.
• A one time $99 setup fee, unless waived under a Founders offer.
• Subscriptions renew every month until canceled. There is no contract.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Payments already made are not refunded unless required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email.

Your content

You and your team own the content you add. You give us permission to store and display it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for following employment and other laws that apply to your barbershop.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, harass anyone, upload harmful code or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change or remove features.

Ending service

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or do not pay.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.
