This Privacy Policy explains how Barber Team App ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Barber Team App website, mobile apps and web app (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, mobile phone number, barbershop name, number of locations and password (stored encrypted).
- Team content: what you and your team add to the Service, such as announcements, messages, photos, videos, files, calendar events, time off requests, attendance records, write-ups, handbook documents and signatures.
- Billing information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage information: device type, app version, log data and push notification tokens, used to run and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide the Service, including showing your barbershop's content to your team.
- To create and secure accounts and send login, password and service emails.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To give support and improve the Service.
Who can see team content
Team content is visible to people in your barbershop account based on their role (owner, manager or barber) as set by the account owner. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host data, send email and process payments. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing thebarberteamapp@gmail.com. Owners can remove team members from their account in the app.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and role based permissions to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.
Children
The Service is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page.
